Hey I’m Natalie!

I have recently returned to Canada after 8 years living abroad in the Northern part of the Black Forest in Germany. My time abroad has taught me many things and has truly curated my eye and attention to details. My desire to meet genuine people and authentically tell there story through photographs is stronger than ever and I can’t wait to connect with you.

I am as much of a traveler as I am photographer, which has allowed me to embrace nature and simplicity in life and within my work. The truth is, the world is full of beautifully unique people, places and moments. I love capturing all of those details.

My approach to photography is primarily influenced by my background in journalism and my passion to capture moments as natural as they are. I get overly excited when the sun is hitting my camera just right and a moment is captured that would give anyone that warm-fuzzy feeling. I’m friendly, with an outgoing personality and will go above and beyond to ensure you feel comfortable around me, whether it be on your wedding day or hanging out with your family. When you are comfortable and enjoying yourself, it’s easy to take beautiful images!

If I am not taking photos, I spend my time with my family. As Mama of two boys! I find I recently spend my days with my kids by my side visiting local parks, going to the lake and crafting up something special. I also travel to Germany as much as I can to visit family and friends. I love a good cup of tea and would never turn down a coffee date — most of all, I'd love to get to know you more!
